Privacy contact

Contact [email protected] to ask how enquiry data is used, request access, correction or erasure, or withdraw authorization you have provided.

[email protected]

What data is used

  • Enquiries: name, email, business if provided, indicative budget and any content you choose to include in your message.
  • Contracts: identification, contact and billing details needed for the agreed service.
  • Operation and security: when a page is requested, the hosting provider receives technical information such as the IP address, requested path and browser details.
  • Preferences: a language expressly chosen by you may be stored in your browser for up to 180 days.

Do not include passwords, payment card details, health information or other sensitive data in an initial enquiry. Required fields are used to prepare your enquiry; without them the form will not generate it. You can contact us directly by email.

How contact works

The form prepares a message on your device. Its fields are not automatically submitted to a server on this website or stored in a site database. Continuing opens your email application; you decide whether to send. You can also copy or download the message as an email file.

If sent, the message passes through your email provider and the service managing Codeverly’s mailbox. Authorization to respond to your enquiry is included in the prepared message. This does not authorize advertising campaigns.

Purposes & legal grounds

Enquiry data is used to respond, clarify requirements and prepare a proposal based on your informed authorization. If you engage a service, necessary data is used to manage the relationship and comply with applicable legal duties. Hosting technical information is used to deliver and protect the website.

Where the GDPR applies, the ground is determined for each purpose: consent for authorized uses, pre-contractual steps or a contract where appropriate, legal duties and, for security, a legitimate interest assessed against the individual’s rights. This website does not make automated decisions with legal effects.

Team & providers

Access to enquiries and client data is limited to authorized Codeverly team members who need to handle the enquiry, prepare a proposal or manage the project. Each person must access only data needed for their role and maintain confidentiality. Contact email is managed with Zoho Mail; the account’s assigned data center is in Europe.

Data received through this website is not sold. It may be disclosed to authorities or advisers where an applicable legal duty or justification exists.

Zoho privacy information

Demos use fictional data in memory. They do not send messages, create real accounts or make payments. Client services with real users or data require their own terms before being enabled.

Hosting & security: Cloudflare

Cloudflare, Inc. (United States) provides Cloudflare Pages hosting, content delivery and site protection. When you visit, it processes the IP address and technical data needed to handle the request and detect incidents.

The reviewed configuration serves a static website without databases bound to the project. Cloudflare Web Analytics is disabled. The domain dashboard provides technical traffic and security statistics; no advertising pixel has been added to the site.

Its standard self-serve agreement incorporates the processing addendum in the circumstances specified in section 6.1. Cloudflare acts as processor for data processed on Codeverly’s behalf; its own processing purposes are explained in its privacy policy.

International processing

Cloudflare’s infrastructure is international. Its addendum provides for safeguards such as standard contractual clauses and the EU–US framework where applicable. Its public list identifies subprocessors and locations.

Cloudflare subprocessors

Enquiries are handled from Costa Rica and the assigned Zoho mailbox is in Europe. European assignment does not mean all access is limited to Europe. Processing may involve international access to correspondence and contact details.

You can request information about providers and applicable safeguards at [email protected].

Retention

Enquiries that do not lead to a project are retained for up to six months from the last communication. After that period they are deleted from the mailbox and working copies under Codeverly’s control, unless a legal duty or claim justifies continued retention.

If a service is engaged, necessary data is retained throughout the relationship and applicable statutory periods to meet obligations or handle possible claims. Electronic billing records and associated documents are retained for five years under Costa Rican tax rules, without prejudice to a longer period where legally required.

Cloudflare technical records are retained according to service duration, operational and security needs and applicable legal duties. The six-month enquiry period does not apply to those records. Its criteria are described in the provider’s policy.

Cloudflare retention criteria

Deleting an email from the mailbox does not immediately remove it from all provider technical or backup copies. Information received by email is also subject to the service’s retention and erasure terms.

The language preference expires 180 days after being saved; the website removes it on the next access after expiry. You can also clear it sooner from the cookies page. Fictional demo data remains in memory only and resets when reloaded.

Your rights

You can request access, correction or erasure and withdraw your authorization by writing to [email protected]. Explain your request and how we can respond. Additional identity information will only be requested when necessary and proportionate. Withdrawal does not affect previous lawful processing.

Requests covered by Law 8968 are handled within the statutory period of five working days. You can contact Costa Rica’s data protection authority (PRODHAB). Where the GDPR applies, you may also have rights to object, restrict processing and data portability, and to complain to the competent supervisory authority, subject to its conditions and time limits.

Updates & questions

This version covers the presentation website and its demos. A CRM, store or academy with real users requires its own assessment and terms before launch. Material changes to purposes, providers or technologies will be reflected in a new version.
